Below are some of the policies and procedures we follow, as well as some helpful information about getting your pet groomed.

  •  All pets must be current on all shots.
  • Prices are subject to change with behavior and hair condition of pet.
  • Aggressive pets will not be groomed.
  • We do not accept checks.
  • Long fluffy cuts may cost more
  • Brushing out or De-matting is not included in the price and will be charged more based on time required to complete the groom.
  • If a pet is found to be with fleas, that pet must be treated while in the shop in order to avoid fleas from infesting other pets.
  • Severely matted dogs, elderly dogs, dogs with behavior problems or puppies will NOT be de-matted for humane reasons. These pets will be shaved.
  • Prices DO NOT include Taxes.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling your appointment may be cancelled and need to be rescheduled.
  • Grooming takes time! Expect your pet to be in the salon for 2-4 hours depending on the type of pet and haircut desired.  
  • Pick-up times given at drop off are estimates only. Please wait until you are called to pick up your pet unless otherwise instructed.
  • If you need your pet to be rushed out or expressed groomed you must inform us when dropping the pet off in order to ensure that your pet is finished by the time requested. (This service is NOT GARENTEED but we do try to work with our clients)
  • Dogs picked up after 6pm will be charged a $10 late pickup fee.
  • Dogs left over night will be charged a $20 boarding fee.
  • If your pet has to be bathed more than 2 times during the grooming process due to cage soiling, a $5 extra fee will be added.
  • Groom Only Clients will only Qualify for the groom only package if the pet is brought in clean and dry. If the pet soils the cage before or after haircut it will be automatically upgraded to the Bath and groom package.
  • Sickly or ill dogs will not be groomed.
  • Haircuts are Nonrefundable. We want YOU to be happy with your pets hair, therefor any discount will be given as a credit towards next groom.
  • Clients will not be permitted to wait in shop for their pets to be groomed as time and space does not allow for this service.
  • Safety is our #1 priority, Rest assured your pet will never be caged with any other pet and all precautions to insure a safe grooming experience for your pet will be taken.
  • You must give us 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments will be charged $15 per dog.
